FLOW ALCHEMY

About

From the boardroom to a three-day week.

I spent over a decade leading Sales and Customer Success teams. Today I help people and companies work better, without working all the time.

My story

For more than ten years, I led Sales and Customer Success teams in tech across Europe and Australia, often as the only woman in the boardroom. I pushed harder, delivered more and worked 60-hour weeks. From the outside it looked like success. From the inside it felt like survival.

Eventually my body made the decision for me. Burnout forced a stop I would never have chosen.

In the quiet that followed, I discovered flow science, coaching and body-based work, and started to understand why I'd kept pushing, even when I knew better.

When I went back, I delivered a complex transformation project working three days a week instead of five.

Then I left to build Flow Alchemy: a practice for the people I used to be, and the teams they lead.
