FLOW ALCHEMY

Legal

Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms & Conditions apply when you buy a coaching package or single session from Ewelina Hulboj – Flow Alchemy (sole proprietor), Prenzlauer Allee 199, 10405 Berlin, Germany ("Flow Alchemy", "I", "me"). Coaching for organisations is agreed individually; these terms apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. What you can buy

  • Deep Dive – 1 session, 90 minutes, €250.
  • 6 Sessions – 6 × 60 minutes, €800, to be used within about 3 months of purchase.
  • 12 Sessions – 12 × 60 minutes, €1,500, to be used within about 6 months of purchase.

All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Coaching sessions take place online, and I will confirm dates and the meeting link directly with you.

3. Booking and payment

Payment is due when you book, via Stripe. After payment you receive a confirmation email, and we agree the session dates together. For package purchases, I may agree an individual schedule with you and I will confirm it in writing.

4. Rescheduling and cancelling a session

You can reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts — just write to ewelina@flowalchemy.de. If you cancel later, or miss a session without notice, the session counts as taken. If I need to move a session, we will simply find a new date.

5. Your right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell me in writing (email to ewelina@flowalchemy.de). If you withdraw within the 14 days, I refund everything you have paid.

If you asked me to start coaching before the 14 days are over and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered; anything left over is refunded. Withdrawal is not possible after a package is fully used.

6. What coaching is — and is not

Coaching supports your own decisions, growth and performance. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice, and it does not replace them. If you are in treatment with a doctor or therapist, keep that treatment going.

7. Confidentiality

Everything you share in a session stays between us. I only break this where the law requires it (for example, to prevent serious harm). Where we agree a case study or quote, I use it only with your written permission, and I anonymise it if you prefer.

8. Liability

I am liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG). In other cases of negligence, I am liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, and then limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time of the contract — capped at the price of your package.

9. Dispute resolution

I am not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protections of the law of your home country where they are stronger.

11. Changes

The version of these terms that applied when you bought applies to your purchase. Later changes apply only to purchases made after they take effect.
